Honorable Immigration Judge,
I am the grandfather of Pedro’s wife, Emily, and have known Pedro forabout seven years. In that time he has become a good friend and a grandson to me. I have regularly observed his care for and commitment to Emily and their three-year old son, Logan, with whom he has a very close and rich relationship.
When visiting them I have seen Pedro consistently do more than half of the cleaning, cooking, and child care.
He has also become a loved and respected member of our extended family, participating in gatherings and sharing in activities. I absolutely believe that, given the opportunity to return home, he will continue to prove his value to his family, to his community and to this country.
